How long is my listing online?
A maximum of 10 days. After that, the listing is automatically removed unless you extend it. This keeps the supply current on the platform.

Can I rent out my home as a private individual?
Yes, provided your mortgage lender and any owners' association rules allow it and your municipality does not require a permit you do not have. If in doubt, ask your mortgage lender or a legal adviser.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Listing is free and there is no subscription. People looking for a home also pay nothing to respond.
Do you select tenants for me?
No. We do not act as an intermediary, do not screen and do not compile a shortlist. You choose who to invite and who to rent to. Publish your selection criteria in advance and treat every response equally, as the Dutch Good Landlordship Act requires. Read more in safe renting.
What data do I receive from a respondent?
Name, email address and the message they write. We do not ask for income details. If you need them to apply your criteria, ask for them yourself when it is necessary.
How long is my property online?
A maximum of 10 days. After that the listing expires automatically, unless you extend it.
