For tenants: find a property in 3 steps

Step 1: Search and filter

Browse the current listings on the homepage. Filter by city, property type, maximum rent or number of rooms. Every listing is guaranteed current — properties stay online for a maximum of 10 days.

Step 2: Respond

Found what you are looking for? Click on the property and respond directly. Write a motivation letter and state your net monthly income. Choose a single response (€3.99) or take out a monthly subscription for unlimited responses (€24.99).

Step 3: Contact the landlord

After payment the landlord receives your application directly. The landlord decides who to invite for a viewing. You receive a confirmation by email.
