How does Huurwoning Hub work?

Huurwoning Hub works differently from traditional rental platforms. We have simplified the process for both landlords and tenants, with technology at the core and trust as the foundation.

For tenants: find a property in 3 steps

Step 1: Search and filter

Browse the current listings on the homepage. Filter by city, property type, maximum rent or number of rooms. Every listing is guaranteed current — properties stay online for a maximum of 10 days.

Step 2: Respond

Found what you are looking for? Click on the property and respond straight away. Write a motivation letter and state your net monthly income. Choose a single response (€3.99) or take out a monthly subscription for unlimited responses (€24.99).

Step 3: Get in touch with the landlord

Once you have paid, the landlord receives your application immediately. The landlord decides who to invite for a viewing. You will receive a confirmation by email.

For landlords: rent out in 3 steps

Step 1: List your property

Create an account and click List a property. Fill in the details: address, price, type, rooms, interior and description. Upload photos of the property. Optionally, use the AI generator to have a professional description written automatically.

Step 2: Receive responses

Your listing is instantly visible to thousands of active home seekers. You receive an email notification with every new response. Review applicants' motivation letters and income details in your dashboard.

Step 3: Rent it out

Invite your preferred candidate for a viewing. Found a tenant? Mark the property as rented in your management overview. The listing is removed automatically.

Why a maximum of 10 days?

The 10-day rule is at the heart of our platform. It guarantees that every listing you see is genuinely available. Tenants waste no time on viewings for properties that have already been rented. Landlords receive only serious responses from actively searching tenants.
