I am not receiving alert emails

First check your spam folder. Did you confirm your sign-up via the link in the first email? Without confirmation we do not send alerts. You only get an email when a new listing matches your city, budget and property type.

How do I change or stop my alert?

The link at the bottom of every alert email takes you to my alert. There you can change your preferences, pause or stop your alert, and switch off partner offers.

Does responding to a property cost money?

No. HuurwoningHub is free for tenants. If someone asks for payment on our behalf, it does not come from us. Please report it to info@huurwoninghub.nl.

How do I take my listing offline?

Log in, go to My properties and mark the property as let or delete the listing.

I see a suspicious listing

Use the report button on the property, or email us the link. We review every report.

I paid for a response or subscription in the past

Those paid services no longer exist and nothing is charged anymore. If you have a question about an earlier payment, email your name and email address to info@huurwoninghub.nl.
