About Huurwoning Hub

HuurwoningHub helps people looking for a rental home see new listings faster, at no cost to them. We run four Facebook rental groups ourselves, in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Nijmegen, with around 141,000 members in total. We send the listings from those groups, and the properties landlords list with us for free, as rental alerts to anyone who asks for them.
Why we do this
People looking for a rental home often spend all day refreshing feeds, between listings that are already let or not genuine. We read the listings for you, approve them, warn you about signs of fraud and only email you what matches your preferences: at most one email a day.
What makes us different
- Free for tenants — No subscription, no paywall, no fee to respond.
- No account needed — Setting up an alert and responding to a property only takes your email address.
- Direct contact — You arrange everything with the landlord yourself. We do not act as an intermediary and do not select tenants.
- Careful with data — We do not ask for income details and do not keep the content of your response.
- Free listings for landlords — Responses go straight to the landlord's inbox.
How we make money
An alert email may contain one offer from a partner, for example about moving, energy, internet or insurance. Partners never receive data from us; we only show a link. You can switch off partner offers at my alert. Affiliate links on the site are labelled.
