Our mission

The Dutch rental market is stuck because of an information gap. Properties sometimes stay online for months even though they were rented long ago. Tenants waste hours on viewings for properties that are no longer available. Landlords are flooded with responses from people who were never serious.

We solve this with one simple measure: every property stays online for a maximum of 10 days. After 10 days the listing is removed automatically, unless the landlord actively extends it. The result: 100% current supply and zero wasted time.
